All domestic orders over $50 will receive free shipping when the code LOVEJADE is used at checkout. All other domestic orders will incur a flat rate of $7.95. Upon completion of checkout, you will receive a confirmation email informing you we’ve received your order. Once we process and ship your item(s), we will send you an email with the confirmation number and details you need to ensure your items arrive safe and sound.

Pickup In-Store:

Orders using the Pickup In-Store option will usually be ready for pickup the next business day, although there may be some exceptions.  You will receive a notification email when your order is ready to be picked up.  For faster service, please provide your order number at time of pickup.

Online Return Policy:

Unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original condition with the tags attached may be returned in-store or sent back to our store within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. All jewelry, hats, and sale items are final sale. All items must be accompanied by the original packing slip and invoice. Jade prides itself on providing its clients with the ’boutique experience;’ the store is replenished with new looks/styles regularly. This makes our window for returns smaller to allow for more fresh, current styles. This also grants our clients the latest fashion at an economical cost.

If you need to make a return, please fill out the Return Request form below. Once you receive a return number from us, please include it on the outside of your return package. You may ship the item(s) back to us using a carrier that is convenient and affordable to you. It is recommended that you obtain insurance and a tracking number, as we are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Refunds will be issued back to the credit card that was used.
